One transfer, and it's an easy one — Gongdeok is a calm station compared to the Seoul Station crush.

T-money card in hand, tap through the blue gates — not the orange Express gates. Ride toward Seoul Station.

Get off at Gongdeok — follow the brown Line 6 signs

Gongdeok is one stop before Seoul Station — don't ride to the end. Transfer to Line 6, direction Sinnae (신내). The walk between platforms takes about 5 minutes.

4 stops to Itaewon Station — Exits 1–2 for the main strip

Hyochang Park → Samgakji → Noksapyeong → Itaewon. Exit 1 side is the Hamilton Hotel landmark; the main restaurant-and-bar street runs right above the station.
